This is our first bread maker and we're really impressed with it. We use it several times a week for bread and often make dough for rolls and pizza. The bread is very good, especially the sourdough though that does take a little more time. Well worth experimenting with the different recipes for variety. It seems to be holding up to our expectations and the frequent usage very well.(Read more)
